Second time back Mike really helped us out through the whole process wasn’t too pushy and was very knowledgeable with every question we threw at him. Danny helped us out as well the first time around so it was nice coming back and seeing familiar faces so that made the experience easy. Definitely coming back for more trucks for my business, To finish off the deal the finance guy James was great transparent and helped get us a warranty that protects us and our business for years to come!

I recently purchased a vehicle from City Chevrolet of Grayslake and I can not recommend them enough. Especially Danny Alfar. I had visit 3 other dealers that day and was ready to just give up but Danny did not push, allowed me to test drive multiple cars (which speaks to the wide selection on site) and was extremely patient letting me check the settings and features for myself after he talked through them. They listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the best match for my budget. Was even patient by engaging with my kids my son was trying to show a game he was playing while waiting. because this was the 3rd place we landed and test driving took so long, He worked over night to make sure my paperwork was all set up the next day to make sign of so much easier. As for financing working with Darrell James was very pleasant. He was also patient with any questions I had and didn't brush away any of my concerns. All in all very good experience and very much recommend City Chevrolet of Grayslake
